Dolce Terra Retreats was created from a belief that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when we step away from our routines and experience the world in a deeper, more intentional way.
Through intimate, thoughtfully curated retreats in beautiful destinations, Dolce Terra invites guests to slow down, reconnect, and experience the richness of culture, place, and the world around them.
About Dolce Terra
Taormina, Sicily
Our Story
Founder Trisha Li Mura has long believed that travel has the power to transform the way we see the world — and ourselves.
After years of traveling and living abroad, including a transformative period studying Italian and living in Italy, she experienced firsthand how stepping into unfamiliar places can expand perspective and inspire a more aligned way of living with what we truly desire.
She discovered that some of life’s most cherished moments come from immersing ourselves in new cultures, landscapes, and different ways of living.
Those experiences and the desire to share a more relaxed approach to traveling, inspired the creation of Dolce Terra Retreats.
It’s a way to bring together beautiful destinations, authentic cultural experiences, and meaningful connection in a small intentional group setting.

How Our Retreats Are Designed
Each Dolce Terra retreat is intentionally small and thoughtfully curated.
The experience is designed to allow time to fully enjoy each place — to take in the landscape, connect with local culture, and share meaningful moments with the people around you.
Some retreats may center around food and culinary traditions, while others focus on connection, inspiration, or simply experiencing a destination in a more intentional way.
The intention is always the same: to create space for experiences that stay with you long after the journey ends.
The Meaning of Dolce Terra
Dolce Terra is Italian for Sweet Earth.
The name reflects a simple idea: that the world is full of extraordinary places, cultures, and experiences meant to be lived.
It is an invitation to immerse yourself in beautiful places, connect more deeply with your surroundings, and perhaps discover something new within yourself along the way.
Dolce Terra invites you to experience the sweetness of the earth.
